Rodney Pryor

Head of School

Rodney Pryor is a former six‑year NBA G League player and one of the most accomplished collegiate athletes of his era. A standout at Georgetown University, he was the 2017 College Slam Dunk Champion, Big East All‑Honorable Mention, and the conference’s second‑leading scorer. Before Georgetown, he starred at Robert Morris University, scoring 1,000 points in two seasons and earning 2015 NEC Tournament MVP honors.

Rodney studied Organizational Leadership at Robert Morris and continued his academic career at Georgetown in the Sports Industry Management master’s program. He is also the founder of Identity Made and Rise Mentorship, two platforms focused on athlete development, character, and purpose.

Osman Bangura

Athletic Director

Osman Bangura brings over 20 years of elite youth basketball development experience across the DMV. He has contributed to championship success at Paul VI and Archbishop Carroll, founded Team Durant on the Nike EYBL circuit, and currently serves as Co‑Director and EYBL coach with Team Takeover. Osman has coached more than 80 Division I and II athletes, helping student‑athletes earn opportunities across major conferences nationwide.

Shanay Howard

Education Director

Shanay Howard has 16 years of experience in private and public education, serving in roles such as Student Services Director, Athletic Director, and Head Basketball Coach. She has guided more than 2,000 students through college admissions, academic eligibility, and athletic recruiting. Shanay also serves as the Educational Director for Team Durant and consults for top Nike EYBL programs. A four‑year starter at Fairleigh Dickinson University, she graduated with honors and earned COSIDA Academic All‑American recognition.

Board Member

Mujtaba Elgoodah brings nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of sports, technology, and media as an entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor. He currently serves as the Special Advisor to Andre Iguodala, the Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), supporting initiatives related to player engagement strategies, operational decision‑making, and addressing issues central to the experience of NBA players. His work spans athlete‑focused platforms, emerging technologies, and media‑driven growth strategies, helping organizations navigate the evolving sports and digital landscape.
